How do I cancel?
Email info@sunburyarchery.com or tell us at the front desk by the 16th of the month, ten days before billing. You finish out the current month and are not billed again. Want a specific end date next month instead? We will prorate it.
What if we miss a class?
Life happens. You get one make-up class per calendar month, scheduled while you are enrolled and subject to availability.
What if you close?
If we close for weather or maintenance, you get a make-up or an account credit toward future lessons. Planned closures are simply never billed in the first place.
Are there refunds?
Tuition is non-refundable, but credits from closures always apply to future lessons, and canceling before the 16th means you are never billed for a month you did not want.
Is there a registration fee?
No. No registration fee, no gear fee while you learn, and no contracts. The class rate is the whole price.
